The Office of Diversion and Reentry was created within the Department of Healthcare Services, in Los Angeles, as a response to the growing mental health crisis within the County's prison system. Working in conjunction with the Codistry team, I served this project as a Senior Software Developer, Program Manager and Product Owner, overseeing the work of a team of developers working with their custom software, built on PHP, and NextJS. I kept close communication with their leadership and their staff, providing technical support, suggesting improvements, fixing bugs, and ensuring that our product was aligned with the organization's goal of helping people.
